| Objektbeschreibung: Ced 106 - unser Bild zeigt eine Widefield Ansicht des nordöstlichen Teil des Vela Supernovaüberst. Annähernd in Bildmitte die kleine H-II Region Ced 106n (RCW 32), die den offenen Sternhaufen Collinder 197 beherbergt. Nordwestlich (rechts oben im Bild) davon liegt die H-II Region RCW 27 mit dem hellen und großen offenen Sternhaufen Ruprecht 64. Südöstlich liegt die helle H-II Region RCW 33, die ebenfalls mehrere offene Sternhaufen enthält. Object description Ced 106 - our image shows a wide-field view of the northeastern part of the Vela Supernova Remnant. Roughly in the center of the image is the small H-II region Ced 106n (RCW 32), which contains the open star cluster Collinder 197. To the northwest (upper right in the image) lies the H-II region RCW 27, containing the bright and large open star cluster Ruprecht 64. To the southeast lies the bright H-II region RCW 33, which also contains several open star clusters. |
